   These are paleo friendly cookies. For Snacking, School, or bring it on your workplace. Prep Time 5 mins Cook Time 18 mins Total Time 23 mins Course: cookies Cuisine: Paleo Receipes Servings: 20 Cookies Author: Anusha Jayakumar Ingredients 2 ripe bananas mashed . 1 cup almond flour.  2 tbsp honey/maple syrup.  1/8 tbsp baking soda.  2 tbsp coconut oil.  1 tsp Vanilla extract. optional: chocolate drops dried fruits & nuts Instructions Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Put all ingredients in a food processor and use the pulse function to make a sticky mass. In a bowl and who likes can now add chocolate drops or nuts. Form balls and press flat at 180 degrees for 18 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on the plate for 10 minutes and then place on a wire rack.

A savoury and spicy Indian breakfast. Ingredients 1 cup  Cauliflower (grated) , ¼ cup Groundnuts (crushed), ¼ cup Coriander leaves, ¼ cup Curry leaves, ¼ tsp Salt, 3  Green chillies, 1 tsp Lime juice, 1.5 tbsp Oil, ½ tsp cumin & mustard seeds. Method   Wash the cauliflower and separate stalk and florets.     Shape and cut the stalk into cubes to resemble potatoes and rice the florets in a food processor. Dry roast the peanuts till they get a nice golden brown colour and set aside.   Steam the stalks for 10 minutes or till tender and keep aside.   In a pan heat up 1 tbsp olive oil and add mustard,curry leaves, cumin seeds and green chillies. After few minutes add the ground cauliflower and toss it with few turmeric and salt. Sprinkle some water and cook for few minutes. Keto Butter Naan

Ingredients ¾ cup   Almond flour 2 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder ½ tsp onion powder (optional) ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 cups boiling water coconut/olive oil, for frying (optional) Garlic butter 4 oz. butter 2 garlic cloves, minced Method Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add warm water and stir throughly. Consistency should be like idly batter. Allow to rise for five minutes. The dough will turn firm fairly quickly,but stay flexible. If it's too firm , add water. If it's too runny then add more psyllium husk. Divide into 6/8 pieces and form balls and flatten using a rolling pin on parchment paper/banana leaf(it will get sticked to the rolling pin otherwise). Fry in a pan on medium heat until the naan turns golden brown. To Write or Contrite

Happy February ! Like every other year and every other resolution this year i thought i will write more. January was gone in the blink of an eye here i am still thinking, But to write more i have to think more, hence I end up thinking more and write none. Who is going to read if i write? Will they think it is about them? Will it hurt anyone? Do they think i am stupid? It is tough being an amateur writer. Knowing everything is not kind of big a deal Not knowing anything is not a kind of big a deal as well But not knowing anything and pretending like knowing is a big deal But sometimes you have to find your way back to do things you loved doing. It doesn't matter how small it seems or how insignificant it is you should start making time to read the book you bought, make the new recipe you wanted, to visit the place you missed. stop giving excuses. A mother's self condemnation

How is it being a Mother? "It is solidly blur" Yes. After many hours of labor and pushing your whole system stops working. Instead you have a Teeny-Weeny person and an incessant timer ticking. There comes a new virtue "The Motherhood". You can never be your old self. When you become a Muh-ther you need energy today and everyday A mother is  always a (working) mother. Mothers don't discriminate. They put their utmost effort and love. The job has no retirement and its never easy. Otherwise dad's would do it. A mother is re-born, and grows with a child. She makes cooing noises and smiles with her newborn. If Kid is failing in school?  She refreshes her algebra. If Kid is sick? She skips her meetings and stay up all night. If Kid is solitary? She joins playgroup and socialize. Ironically ,In child's good book mom are always the losers. A child often finds it tough to be in same page with mom.  My 5 y...
