Glutten Free Oatmeal Cookies

These are non paleo cookies.You can use almond flour instead of oats. I used four toppings to make four type of cookies

Ingredients




  1. 2 ripe bananas mashed.
  2. 1 cup rolled oats.
  3.  2 tbsp honey/maple syrup./brown sugar
  4.  1/8 tbsp baking soda.
  5.  2 tbsp coconut oil.
  6.  1 tsp Vanilla extract.
  7. Toppings : Chocolate chips,peanut butter,walnuts&Raisin,Almonds.


Instructions




  • Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and use the pulse function to make a sticky mass. In a bowl and who likes can now add chocolate drops or nuts.
  • Form balls and press flat at 180 degrees for 18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool on the plate for 10 minutes and then place on a wire rack.

  • Oatmeal cookies are favourite of many cookie lovers.They are relatively simpler to make.To make in Vegan/Vegetarian you can substitue egg with banana/flaxseed.Variety of ingredients can be added to change the traditional receipe.
IS OATS GLUTEN FREE?
     Pure oats and pure oatmeal do not contain gluten. However,most oatmeal brands on market today are not pure. They contain oats that have been cross-contaminated with tiny amount of wheat,barley,and/or rye.
