Covid is a way of enlightening us that grief could be shared, at this level of pandemic and struggle we all go through. Let's Focus on what we can control. The most commonly reported experience during this pandemic is difficulty eating healthily and exercise. Let's exercise not for the calories or the slim waist but to get our daily dose of endomorphin. Listen to podcasts and music for 10 minutes a day.
